all-natural ingredients. This means unbleached and unbromated flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt and yeast with
no added preservatives or dough conditioners. After a 96 hour
cold fermentation process, the dough is
hand stretched
and cut to size. These crowd pleasers deliver plain and can be served savory or sweet.
