Like all of our dough, our double rise products begin with 100%
all-natural dough. Made with unbleached and unbromated flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt and yeast with
no
added preservatives or dough conditioners. After
96 hours of cold fermentation the dough is
hand stretched to size and allowed a few hours to “double rise” naturally prior to par baking. The double rise process delivers an amazing, mouth watering airy center and crispy outside. The double rise products are perfect for operations requiring
extensive hold time, heat lamp/buffet or
boxed grab and go sales.
