Our flatbread starts with 100% all-natural dough, made using unbleached and unbromated flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt and yeast with no added preservatives or dough conditioners. Each 96 hour cold fermented dough ball is hand stretched to approximately a 12"x6” oval shape, ready to deliver. Top with fresh ingredients and bake, this blank slate is ready to execute Chef's imagination!
