Our par-baked dough starts with dough made from 100% all-natural ingredients. This means unbleached and unbromated flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, salt and yeast with no added preservatives or dough conditioners. After 96 hours of cold fermentation each dough ball is hand stretched with care. Sizes range from 7” to 16” and are available in a variety of thickness. This product is the perfect blank canvas that gives your pizza operation the handcrafted and authentic look, feel (and taste) desired by all.
